| | How this spanish freak gets a win i do not know! Must be the depth in Women's tennis but to me she is slice and dice and a whole load of WTA packaging in one....ie rubbish. I will back against her coz i am sick of the spanish armada and hope thay all get sunk.

| | Muller is one of the worst Players in the the top 200. Muller has more experience though and I would probably say Muller will win but I agree with thedestroyer9 in that Mayr will like her chances in thhis match and If she plays well she could very likely win. |

| | Since the beginning of 2007, Muller's ranking has slipped tremendously and her record is as abysmal as any other player on tour not only at WTA level but even lowly ITF. Local girl Patricia Mayr is in some fine form at ITF level and received a wildcard here for her efforts, the Austrian has made 3 clay finals already this year winning 1 title and has been competitive against the likes of Zoric, Salerni and Barrois not to mention defeated some lively types in Coin, Ferguson, Laine, Besser and even last year Kleybanova in two easy sets. Muller is completely void of confidence, makes far too many unforced errors from the back of the court with some technically imperfect groundstrokes and her serve is often flodded upon by the heavier and more accurate hitters and would rank almost up there with Pin as one of the weakest in the women's game. With the home crowd behind her and a willingness to start making a transition to the top level, the 21-year old has a great chance to again upset the apple cart of Muller however I must admit I would have liked to have seen her odds a little larger. |

| | Interesting remarks, Guru. Kvtiva is more capable on hard courts, i think. And Muller played some good clay matches last year but this year only Cirstea and Schruff ? Not enough for optimism - maybe. Now odds at around 5.4 reflect her performances this year very good. But on clay with some steady serving nobody knows and Muller is capable of fighting for sure. |

| | its funny tennisguru, not that I think Muller will win this one but I too thorght the price of 4.40 was worth taking on, its very tempting - but looking at Muller's results this year it doesnt make for good reading. When you look at Kvitova's run at the french this year beating a player like szavay in three sets - that doesnt fill you with confidence to back muller, i am still tempted all the same, would appreciate your thorghts. |
