| | There is forum talk elsewhere that suggests Liana Ungur is receiving a medical timeout for an injury at 2-5. I'm sure Betfair punters will be keen for her to pull the pin here if they staked on her given their 1-set rule. Baczinszky all over her serve at the moment. |

| | Ungur is a fair chance she tested Dementieva on this surface not long ago and qualified here with 3 easy wins including over the top seed and former child prodigy Kutuzova. Bacsinszky has lost a lot of early matches on this terrain of late to the consistent ball-getters such as Medina, Craybas and Castano among others, and if her serving is off it is usually a true indication of how she's going to play. Certainly wouldn't be taking the shorts about the inconsistent Swiss youngster, and the Romanian has a good chance to perform an upset. |

| | Dementieva rarely serves as badly as has made her famous in extremely comfortable matches like this one ought to be. Under no pressure she can usually serve fantastically, but even if she doesn't she has the groundstrokes to compete with anyone and to blow a player like this away. I'll bank on it being 2-0. |
