| | The topline junior Berankis has stepped out onto the big stage and his competitive loss to Gregorc in Bronx just last week has proven to be not such a bad formline. Has the perfect game for a hardcourt where he was dominant in recent years competing at the top echelon with the likes of Tomic, Wang and Ignatik and he should find this match-up much to his liking with Marrero a renowned claycourter who has played just 4 hardcourt matches all year including a recent loss to a player ranked outside the 400s. Big chance for the youngster so long as he copes with the nerves. |

| | Rochus enjoyed some good form prior to the French open at challeneger making two finals and winning one. His form hasn't been quite as good since then but he has won seven of his last ten which inbcluded a win over Simon on clay in Warsaw but retired in the next round. Marrero-Santana made a challenger final on clay at the start of the year and a semi last month where he beat Fognini en route. Marrero-Santana retired on his penultimate start. No prices available at the time of writing but I'd expect Rochus to be around the 1.4 mark, which wouldn't entice me but he looks the more likely winner. |

| | Ancic to turn this around after loosing the first set. Ancic is simply much better once he gets his break points the job is gonna be done in 4 sets! |

| | Ancic beat Seppi with a degree of comfort and now meets another clay courter but a significantly weaker one in the shape of Marrero. The Spanish qualifier hasn't got the tools to trouble the Croat and Ancic should set up a thiord round encounter with Federer |

| | Ancic all the way, Mario has made me a little bundle so far and there is no reason to believe he won't here. Reasonably confident it will be 3-0 but definitely within 4 sets. |
