Yeah the problem we have here is that our kids don't get exposed to the competition that is around Europe. We don't seem to produce any exceptional female players anyway and yes, our system here is garbage.
Molik was just a one hit wonder and never replicated her form after the Oz Open. Had been injured but she played above her talent level. Most of those Euro girls are winning tournaments at 16-18 (see Wozniaki, Ivanovic, Henin, Steffi Graf etc etc) and by the time they are 21, it is an expected reality they also get a GS. |

| | Hey catscratch666.Moore is still young at just 18,however that is the problem in this country.As a pro coach we do not expect much from 18-20 year olds here in Australia.Totally different attitude to some of the places & players I have worked with overseas.Look at some of the top players & their ages & some of the older players on tour & see how good they were when they were 18.Moore is just another one of the factory of female tennis players who can hit a ball reasonably well.Unfortunately there are thousands of them out there. |

| | 227367: Jes has done more than enuff in this tournament for a young kid. But you are right. Eagle and Pratt (especially) coach from the Box and now all of a sudden, Gronefeld is going to fall over according to them. They are TWITS. They seem to cheer the points Jes wins and admonish Gronefeld when she is smaking Jes back to her the changeroom |

| | 6-1 4-0.Painful top watch.A different class & Moore should now realise it.Listening to Pratt & Eagle commentate on Fox is unbelievable.You would think my fellow Aussie Moore was the better player.Apparently as they say she is playing well-Yeah right -This is just plain embarrassing.Outclassed.outplayed-out of the tournament.Enjoy sightseeing. |
