| | This is definatley my bet of the day. Rios has been good on the itf tour and fair wenever playing in the wta. A record of 22-12 at 65% on hard courts is very good and should be good enough to beat Sromova here Srmova doenst play much tennis matches at 41% from the past year so am going for Rios big here. |

| | Yuan can struggle on serve like most women but she's a fiesty competitor with a good counter-attacking style her form of late includes a QF appearance in LA and wins over K Bondarenko, Mirza, Klepac and O'Brien. She loves using the pace of her opponents and the veteran Hana Srmova has not played on this terrain since March highlighting her uncomfortable outlook. The motivation, the fresh legs, confidence and skill are all on the side of the Chinese who will be expecting at least a main draw entrance. |
