| | A good performance for Martin. PLayed well but did struggle on his serve. He was dominant throughout the whole match. while Schukin was always close to him and never let the game go away to a blow out. Martin was on top the whole match and did struggle to complete games and finish off points. But i dont see him doing anything special to Darcis in the next round. If he plays the way he did in this match he will be smashed. Darcis is far too experianced and will look after him with ease. |

| | The Risk/Gain ratio speaks for Schukin in my opinion. Martin is the better player of both for sure but he is not to trust these days, very inconsistent and with a solid clay court fighter like Schukin he can deep run into trouble. |

| | tra0013 your an idiot, dont bet on someone just because thedestroyer tips him, if Martin loses it'll be your fault for picking him just because someone sed so. so if u get it wrong u should only be angry at yourself for being such a fool. Never pick anyone based on other ppls tips, do the research yourself and make sure that other poeples tips confirm wat u researched, bet on someone u think is going to win. |

| | Martin is as some great money in this match. Clay is his surface. Both players play most of their matches in the challengers and it is a big step up into the atp tour. But Martin has been there before while Schukin hasnt shown much in the atp, While Martin used to be a regular years back but his form over the years has slipped and now he is a regular in the challenger circuit. His performances in the Challenger recently have been above par. Making to the finals of some tournaments this year has shown that he has the potential to beat top players in challengers but in the atp it is doubtful that he can progress through many rounds now, while Schukin has been trying to qualify to many tournaments this year but failing although had a good tournament in Barcelona, but today i see Martin rising to the challenge of playing in the atp again and not regreting his chance that he gets on his favoured surface. And i dont see Schukin matching was Alberto has. |

| | thedestroyer has covered most of the points in this one. However I'm not sure I'd be overkeen to get involved here, Martin has won just one match in ATP main draws this year from five and that was against world #414 Marrai. Admittedly Schukin hasn't fared much better with two wins from seven starts at this level but the wins over Ginepri and Berlocq do look a bit better and he also beat Bolelli on clay last year. Martin is the much steadier player from the baseline but does have a vulnerable second serve. Schukin will look to be a little more aggressive but is also the type that can rack up the error count. Martin looks the more likely winner but the bookmakers are giving very little away with current quotes. |
