Richard, tell me what is Nadal's best performance at the US Open?
I base my opinion on stats and the surface being played on. I sincerely hope you're right and don't lose your money here.

 My Selection:V.Troicki 8.5 games <2> Betfair

I have no doubt eventually Rafa will win this tricky match up against Troicki. But Troicki a good young player in his own right just reached Washington Final (Lost Del potro) bt (Roddick along the way) so his confidence is high.Nadal been okay in his first 2 rounds but im expecting a better performance from Rafa tonight.

CARSON..if u are asking abt the match then yes .absolutely no doubts rafa is in hot form and lukd refreshed in his previous match so hez gona cruise ,victor has good serve and a good forehand bt simply nt enough ..if u r asking abt the tournament then i think nadal has a very very gud chance but there r also sum other players who can spoil his party(e.g federer,djokovic...a surprise package like tsonga may b delpotro if he advances!!! who knows) bt rafa is my favorite to win the match and the tourni..and iam saying writing such statements being nuetral!!!

Troicki has shown to be solid but he stands absolutely no shot here. At these odds obviously you can't really bet it but its an eternal lock. Just layoff if your book doesn't void action in case of retirement.

Everything tells that Nadal will win easy. But I would never put huge money on him. But rate 13.5 for Troicki win is worth to play. I can afford to do it to have some fun and raise my adrenalina. The biggest satisfaction is to predict a big failure of faviurites. So far I got Ivanovic hited for 9.5 two days ago :) Now maybe it is a time for a bigger reward

Nadal in a nail-biter. 5 sets, 2 tie-breakers, lots of arse picking by the Spaniard. Viva Rafa!

Nargie1 are you delluded? come on be rational, Nadal plays well on every surface he is the Olympic champion and the surface in Beijing was hardcourt. Ur dreaming If you think Troicki is actually capable of even taking a set off Nadal. A reality check is needed because ur a dreamer!!!

Hard game for Nadal. Troicki is coming in a great shape and Nadal not show your bets tennis in your first two games. Also the pressure of be number 1 in over Nadal Back.

Nadal saw off Troicki at the Aussie Open earlier in the year, the Serb did put up some resistance early in the match before finally falling under the Spaniards onslaught as Nadal ran out a straight sets winner. Troicki has a decent enough serve and does have some weapons off the ground, he could well be competitive for a set but will eventually find the Nadal juggernaut shunting him aside.

I can't believe what I'm seeing here. Huge bet on Nadal? LOL Y'all are forgetting something. This is not Nadal's best surface. Troicki did very well in Washington.

My money is on Troicki to win. I hope I'm wrong or you all are going to lose some major money tonight

Nadal will not lose 3 sets to troicki although liable to lose one if tiebreakers are reached. Nadal will progress and is on track to reach his furthest in the USO. His serve now provides a reliable engagement to a potential exchange giving him impetus on his service games. His added aggression also helps him adapts to the hardcourt and allow him to pressure opponents.

Rafa played alot tidier than his opening match..11 u.errors to 32 winnes is quite good ..he can serve much better than he did against deheart. He is continuing to play agressively and thats the key for his success here at flushing meadows..he improves to a stellar 39-7 for the season on hard courts and is gona b too tough for troicki ,who i think is gona put up considerable resistance.
