Login to give Aces		 hey scooby, yeah had a job to do at work came back and BANG there goes the third set to Devilder. I mean, seriously...that is why Querrey is so frustrating he just can't get the jobs done on a consistent basis. What a shame.

Login to give Aces		 Querrey is really making hard work of this. Was lucky to escape set point in the first set and win the tb 8-6, then has had to come from a break down in the second but has also squandered extra chances on Devilder's serve. My 3-0 is in the balance right now.

Login to give Aces		 Querry for me here too.Although another poor effort in the previous round by Berdych put Querry through.Is Querry in that great a form or was Berdych in his usual-will I try today or not-mood.I have to disagree with the destoyer on 1 point in his analysis,which is usually pretty good.To say that Devilder was recently belted by a player like Del Potro is not a true indication of his ability.Del Potro has won his last 4 - I repeat- 4 tournaments beating players like Roddick,Gasquet,Kolschrieber,Fish & Haas amongst others & must be considered one of the hottest guys on tour for the last 6 weeks.No disgrace there.Querry currently $1.14 to win.Way too short for me prior to commencement of match however he should win-not just that easy

Login to give Aces		 Bob Devilder easily swept aside Andujar-Alba who was busy playing in claycourt challenger matches just before coming here. Querrey slaughtered Tomas Berdych in 3 sets with total ease with a lack of apparant effort from the Czech who is bungling down the rankings quicker than Cristiano Ronaldo in a penalty box. After that result for big Sam, I would thoroughly expect him to follow that up with a win over Bob.

Login to give Aces		 Querrey stunned Tomas Berdych in 1hr 27mins and never looked like losing after breaking the volatile Czech in his first two service games. Having said that, Berdych was lacklustre, lazy and barely looked interested showing very little emotion and almost looking content with his 30 unforced errors and just 48% of points won on serve. The American did say it was "the best match he'd played in his life", however when your opponent starts talking directly into a tennis ball and constantly looks up to the coach yelling "no" then one has to wonder. Nevertheless, if he can replicate the serving stats from that match - 11 aces, 88% of first serve points won and just 3 break point chances for his opponent - then things look bleek for Devilder. The claycourt speciallist took care of another of his kind in Andujar who was tired from playing a lot of lead up matches on the dirt, and despite executing very few winners managed to take toll on the Spaniard's weak second ball winning 65% of points. Querrey is much bigger in this department, has the penetration off the ground particularly the big forehand weapon and is playing in front of a home crowd. He's done the hard work now he must go on with it, and the fact the Frenchman boasts just a 3-5 record at GS level, a 4-3 record on this terrain in 2008 and a recent belting by a like-type player in del Potro one would think a loss is out of the question for the high-on-life Querrey.
