I’ve forgotten my password
Try to log in. If it fails then you will be taken to a page where you can request your password to be emailed to you.

I’ve provided the correct user name and password but I still can’t log in
Firstly, note that BOTH User name and password are Case Sensitive so double check this when logging in. Otherwise the issue may be:
– Your account may not have yet been activated (e.g. you did not fully complete the account creation process)
– Your account may have been suspended
In either case, send us an email so that we can assist (please allow up to 24 hours for an email response).

I have emailed TennisInsight but had no response
When you email TennisInsight please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If after this time you still have not had a reply then it is possible that your email is getting caught up in our spam filter. You can try:
– emailing us a second time; or
– sending us a direct message through twitter (follow us at http://twitter.com/TennisInsight). This option will ensure we receive your message.

How do I change my account details?
When logged in, click on ‘manage account’ (top of screen). Your account details will be displayed and you may edit any of the following
– Name
– Password
– Email Address
– Country of Residence
– Preferences for receiving emails from TennisInsight

Can I change my User name?
Your user name uniquely identifies you to the TennisInsight community and cannot be changed.

Why did I not receive an email from TennisInsight when I should have?
It’s possible that an email from TI will get caught up in your spam filter so check there in cases where the email has not reached your inbox within a reasonable time frame (up to one hour). We recommend adding TI ([email protected]) to your email contacts list so as to minimise the risk of emails from TennisInsight being caught in your spam filter.

How do I delete my account?
There is no facility to delete your account. Please note that TennisInsight takes your privacy seriously, for more information refer to our privacy statement within our terms & conditions.
